Call or text Gina with your appointment requests. She will do her best to get back to you within 24 hours of the next business day.
Gina understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In her desire to be effective and fair to all clients, 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment, allowing another client to take that appointment time. If you are unable to give 24 hours’ advance notice and she is unable to fill the spot, she will charge you the full amount of your appointment. However, she does take into consideration when a sudden illness or emergency arises.
If you arrive late, Gina may shorten your session to accommodate appointments that follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, she will determine if there is enough time remaining to start your treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full payment.
